NSW SWMS templates. The first packs are written for NSW. We haven't committed to other states; your answers on the form tell us whether there's demand.

Editable Word (.docx) files that you adapt to your job, site and crew. No special software needed.
Plain-English hazard and control steps that you check and change to suit the work you actually do.
Space for your site details, sign-off and consultation records.
Written support by email. We answer questions in writing within 2 business days. No phone calls.

Who it's for

• Electricians, plumbers, builders, concreters, earthmovers and other trades doing high-risk construction work.
• Subbies who need a SWMS before a principal contractor will let them start.
• Small businesses and sole traders who would rather tailor a solid starting point than write from a blank page.

Not for you if: you need a consultant to write a site-specific SWMS for you, or you want someone on the phone. We sell templates with written support only.

Electricians: SWMS for high-risk work

High-risk construction work includes work on or near energised electrical installations or services. We're building electrical SWMS templates first, written for NSW. Join the waitlist and we'll email you when they're ready.
NSW first. We're starting with NSW because it's where we've seen the most searches for SWMS templates.
Outside NSW? We haven't built packs for other states or territories, and we're not promising them. Pick your state on the form so we can see where there's demand. We won't tell you a pack exists until it does.

How it works

Join the waitlist. Enter your email, trade and state. Takes about 20 seconds.

We build the packs people ask for. Your answers decide which trades come first.

You hear first. We'll email you when packs launch, with the price and which trades and states they cover. No payment until then, and no obligation to buy.

You tailor it to your site. Edit the template so it matches your work, site, hazards and crew. Consult your workers, then sign and use it.

FAQ

Is this available now?
No. This is a waitlist. Nothing is for sale yet and we won't take any payment. We'll email you when your pack is ready.
What is a SWMS?
A Safe Work Method Statement sets out the high-risk construction work being done, the hazards and risks, and how they'll be controlled. Under WHS laws, one is required before high-risk construction work starts.
Will this make me compliant?
No template can do that on its own. Our templates give you a starting point. You (and your principal contractor, where there is one) are responsible for making sure each SWMS matches the actual work, site and conditions, and meets the WHS laws in your state. We don't guarantee that a SWMS will be accepted by a principal contractor or regulator.
Is it legal advice?
No. It's a template product, not legal or WHS advice. If you need advice for your situation, talk to a qualified WHS professional.
Who writes and checks the templates?
We'll share who reviews the templates before launch.
What format will the files be?
Editable Microsoft Word (.docx) files you can open in Word, Google Docs or similar.
How much will it cost?
We haven't set final prices. You'll see the price, including GST, in our launch email before you decide.
Can I call you?
No. Support is by email and in writing, so you have a record of every answer. Email [email protected].
Why do you want my trade and state?
So we can see which trades and states want packs, and only email you about what's relevant. See the privacy note below.
Isn't there a free template from the regulator?
Yes. Regulators publish free SWMS templates and tools, and they're worth a look. Our packs are for people who want a trade-specific NSW starting point that's already filled in and ready to tailor.

Disclaimer
Our SWMS templates are general starting points. They are not legal advice or WHS advice, and they are not a substitute for your own risk assessment. Before you use any template you must review it and adapt it to your business, the specific work, site, hazards, controls and workers involved, and consult with the workers doing the work. You are responsible for making sure your SWMS complies with the WHS laws that apply in your state or territory and with any principal contractor's requirements. Using our templates does not guarantee compliance, approval by a principal contractor, or any regulatory outcome. Nothing in this disclaimer limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
